2026 Q4 collaboration

S4MEN & Neurture app

Recovery Between Sessions: S4MEN × Neurture’s Q4 Pilot

A man can leave a coaching call with clarity, encouragement, and a next step. Then Wednesday arrives: work pressure, family responsibilities, an uncomfortable feeling, or an old habit asking for attention.

How does he carry that clarity into the moment when he needs it?

That question is behind a new fourth-quarter collaboration between Solutions4Men and Neurture.

On October 6, Neurture founder Brady Dowling joined our Tuesday evening men’s coaching call to introduce his app and hear directly from the men who would be using it. We’re beginning a pilot that gives S4MEN members free access through the end of 2026, with an opportunity to explore the tools and share feedback.

Bringing tools into everyday life

Neurture offers check-ins and activities designed to help people navigate emotions, cravings, and habitual behaviors. These include journaling, breathing exercises, guided meditations, and short lessons.

Within S4MEN, we’ll explore how those tools fit alongside individual coaching, our weekly men’s group, and the everyday work of following through.

A man might identify a difficult pattern during coaching, use an app exercise during the week, and bring what he noticed back to our next conversation. That gives us something concrete to work with: what happened, what he tried, and what helped.

Keeping human connection at the center

During the same call, the men began discussing how to stay more connected between Tuesdays. One suggestion was straightforward: assign a regular day to reach out to a brother with a simple personal text.

“How are you doing?”

“How did that next step go?”

“Want to talk?”

We’re developing that check-in rhythm alongside the Neurture pilot. Both grew from a practical need: having support available during the ordinary hours when recovery choices happen.

The men will help shape how this works. Their experience matters—whether a tool feels useful, whether a check-in is welcome, and whether the rhythm fits their lives.

What we want to learn this quarter

This is a pilot, and we’re approaching it with curiosity. We want to understand:

  • Which tools the men choose to use.

  • When they find those tools helpful.

  • What makes it easier to return to a useful practice.

  • How their experience can inform our coaching conversations and Brady’s work on Neurture.

We’ll gather feedback through the end of the year before deciding how the app might fit into future S4MEN offerings.

Making aftercare practical

An aftercare plan provides direction. Following that plan takes practice, relationships, and repeated choices in everyday life.

At Solutions4Men, we’re building a community where men can ask for support, reflect honestly, and take their next right thing into the week. This collaboration gives us another way to explore that work.

Thank you, Brady, for joining the conversation and inviting our men to participate.
